  • How to successfully transition from manager to leader
  • How to leverage your greatest leadership potential
  • Specific action steps to improve your effectiveness as a leader

CMF Responds to Misperception About Congressional Ethics

Brad Fitch, CMF's president & CEO, wrote a letter to the editor of The Washington Post regarding congressional ethics.

Congressional Management Foundation Names New Leader

The CMF Board of Directors has named a new president and CEO for the nonpartisan organization serving Congress for over 30 years. On July 12, Bradford Fitch will succeed Beverly Bell as the leader of the Congressional Management Foundation.  Read more
